Each wine shown with its pour sizes, prices and tasting notes. Customers choose and pour on their own.

Add a wine from a photo of its label (AI), set the 3 pour sizes and prices are calculated for you.

Level of each bottle, connection status and temperatures at a glance.

2 temperatures

Cold zone for bottle 1 and a warmer zone for bottles 2 and 3, separated by an acrylic divider.

Bottle Lock preservation

Pressurized system with argon or nitrogen (Vitte patent): an open bottle lasts over 20 days without oxidizing.

Per-position calibration

Each spout is adjusted separately so every pour is accurate.

Cooling combinations

With the divider, the left bottle sits in a cold zone for a white and the other two stay warmer for reds. Without it, all 3 the same.

Guide temperatures: whites 6 to 8 °C (43–46 °F), reds 14 to 16 °C (57–61 °F). Each zone: 5 to 19 °C. The left zone must be the same as or colder than the right one, with a maximum difference of 8 °C.

Dimensions and installation

Place it on a firm, level surface. Keep the ventilation clearance free, also when it goes inside a cabinet.

The lower door hinge must rest on the firm surface. Never leave the unit with the door overhanging the edge of the counter or cabinet: the hinge can bend and the door can come off.
Protect the furniture. The unit is a refrigerator: there may be condensation or water leaks, for example during defrost. If you place it on wood or any material that moisture can damage, take precautions (a tray or a waterproof mat underneath).
